Your Experience

  • Applicants should have extensive experience managing/building a social media presence.

  • Managing developer relationships,

  • Knowledge and understanding of Web3 and an interest in Crypto

  • Tech native skills (i.e., Slack, Notion, setting up Zoom and Google Meet etc.)

  • You have an autonomous, self-starting approach with a natural curiosity of how things can be done better.

  • You get pleasure from doing a great job and going the extra mile for colleagues & clients

  • You have a creative side; you’re able to come up with ideas to help us deliver the product in new ways.

  • You have a sharp attention to detail and are highly organised driven, detail oriented.

  • The ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English a must).

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage the Cube developer community by engaging with developers to support the open-source contribution process.

  • Build then grow and manage the community on Twitter, Discord and Telegram.

  • Engage daily with community members on platforms to understand community. sentiment and collect feedback to share with the wider team.

  • Manage and scale and train a team of moderators as the community grows.

  • Coordinate with the product and executive teams, to establish a regular cadence of announcements, promotions, and giveaways.

  • Set OKR’s, track, and report on community-related metrics.

  • Schedule, manage and promote Twitter Spaces and Discord AMAs.

  • Develop relationships with community managers from other communities.

  • Outreach to and build relationships with other Web3 projects.

  • Create the role that is best suited for you, create the future.
